When your Chorebelt® arrives:
- If the item was damaged during shipment - we'll replace it.
- If the item arrived defective - we'll replace it.
- If we shipped the wrong item - we'll exchange it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a refund or exchange the product for another one. Any product you return must be in unused condition and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the original and return shipping costs. We do not pay for the product to get back to us. Please keep your receipt.
You can return a product for up to 45 days of the date the item was delivered to you. To return an item send us an email at email@example.com and include the following information:
- Your Order ID
- Your name or email address
- Why you want to return the item (include any pictures or video of the problem)
Once you are approved for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), we'll send you an RMA and return shipping instructions. When we have received the item and verified the contents we'll issue the refund.
